As food and beverage industries are conscious about saving the environment, my company and I have been figuring out how to apply the solution in their super app.
To provide a solution that helps to reduce usage of materials from the cafe which is paper cups. Hence, design a solution of how to get customers engaged with the app and participate in this event by bringing their own tumblers for their drinks!
Creating a seamless user experience that allows users to practice the habit of bringing their own tumblers and earn rewards.
Save the earth by reducing the use of plastics! How do we do it? By using tumblers!
How does this work? Each time the user brings his/her tumbler to buy a drink, he/she will unlock a leaf of the tree. The merchant will allow customer to scan the QR code when the customer bring their tumblers.
A certain number of trees are saved, the customer will earn a reward. This reward is determined by the merchants.
