Designed the uDiva 3 app to give users full control of their massage experience, turning a simple chair into a personalised, app-powered lifestyle companion with intuitive features and flexible modes.

Problem Statement

The complexity of the chair’s behavior makes it difficult for users to understand and control massage settings, resulting in a frustrating and unintuitive experience.

Design Goals

Streamline the massage setup process by reducing the number of steps to start a program.
Enhance intuitiveness by using gesture-based controls that mimic the natural behavior of the physical chair.
Bridge physical and digital interaction to create a seamless, familiar user experience.
