Health Buddy App Redesign

This project is a redesign of SingHealth’s Health Buddy app, focused on improving key features and enhancing the overall user experience. The goal was to streamline the login flow and introduce seamless, contactless payment options for greater user convenience.

Problem Statement

Users are frustrated by broken payment flows, unclear invoice entry, and lack of confirmation which made payments stressful and inefficient.

Design Goals

• Streamline the payment flow to ensure a smooth and reliable transaction process
• Provide clear feedback and confirmation after each payment step
• Simplify invoice input with features like auto-fill or QR scanning

Ideation
