A standard menu ordering app alone isn’t enough to sustain user engagement. To enhance the experience and retain users especially during peak hours when wait times are longer, I introduced gamification elements that turn idle moments into engaging interactions. This not only keeps users entertained but also strengthens brand connection and increases app stickiness.
