Board Vision is a decision-making app designed for board directors to streamline meetings and approvals. As a UX/UI designer, I supported the UX lead in creating wireframes and journey maps to improve the overall user experience—focusing on clarity, security, and ease of access for time-sensitive board activities.
Board directors often face delays and inefficiencies when accessing meeting materials or making decisions remotely. The existing process lacked a streamlined, secure, and user-friendly solution tailored to their needs.
